SUNDAY · YOUR WEEK THE PROBLEM
Your health numbers aren't telling you the whole story.
Your wearable tracks a dozen or more numbers a day. A food logger will tell you how many calories, macros, micros and fibre you've consumed. But which of those numbers tells you where things slipped and how it could change?
WHY IT MATTERS
Nothing happens on its own.
That afternoon slump didn't start at 3pm, but your watch can't tell you that.
HOW IT WORKS
How Peachy brings your week together.
Connect your data.
Connect your wearables through Apple Health and Health Connect. No wearable? No problem! Log your habits and activities in the app.
Tell Peachy how you’re going.
Record your mood, add optional journal entries and complete a short Sunday reflection.
Review your weekly report.
Review patterns across your health data that you may have missed. What went well, what moved together and one small thing to try for the coming week.
OVER TIME
Peachy grows with you.
Good week? Rough month? Peachy sees the full picture. Over time, Peachy uses your data to learn your normal: your usual sleep, your standard Sunday mood and the habits that tend to come before a bad and a good week.

We wrote these down so you can hold us to them.
- Diagnose, screen for or assert any clinical condition
- Use words like disorder, symptom, severity or treatment
- Treat crisis signals as engagement opportunities
- Generate AI insights without your explicit consent
- Sell, share or use your data to train ad models
- Hide crisis support behind any feature gate or paywall
- Pretend to be a clinician, therapist or medical professional
IF YOU NEED SOMEONE
Help is one call away.
The Peachy Life is a self-care tool, not a crisis service. If you're in distress, please reach out to a person.

Is Peachy a medical app?
No. The Peachy Life is a holistic wellness and self-knowledge tool. It is not intended for use as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, screen for, monitor, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Crisis resources are always one tap away and never gated. Strengths-first framing, hedged language, and deterministic crisis routing are core to how it's built.
How is this different from a mood tracker or a fitness app?
A mood tracker shows you your moods. A fitness app shows you your body. Peachy puts the two side by side with your journal, food and goals, writes up what moved together each week, and gives you a small next step. It does the joining-up you'd otherwise do yourself.
Is The Peachy Life free?
It's free during the beta, with no card needed. When we launch publicly, The Peachy Life will be a subscription. We'll tell you the price and what's included before the beta ends, and nothing will charge you unless you choose to subscribe.
Which devices does it work with?
The Peachy Life is in private beta on iPhone and Android, and you can request an invite on this page. The public launch will be in Australia first. For health data, it connects with Apple Health on iPhone and Google Health Connect on Android. You don't need a wearable to use the app.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and never sold to third parties or used for advertising, and your journal, mood and chat records are stored in Google Cloud's Sydney region. When you use an AI feature, the relevant text goes to our AI provider, Anthropic in the United States (OpenAI handles food photos); we don't attach your name, email or account ID to what we send. You can export your records or delete your account from Settings, no support ticket required.
What happens in a crisis?
Crisis support is always one tap away: never gated, never behind a paywall. Region-aware resources for Australia, the UK and the US live in the app and on this site. Peachy is a self-care tool, not a crisis service, so please also reach out to a person.
Do I need a wearable?
No. Mood check-ins and your journal are enough for a weekly insight. A wearable adds sleep, heart and activity data, and you can connect one any time.
What does the AI actually do?
Two things. Each week it writes your insight from the data you've chosen to share. When you want to talk something through, the chat companion draws on your own mood and journal history and uses reframing, values work and mindful reflection. It never diagnoses and never pretends to be a clinician. AI features are optional and stay off until you say yes. You can also choose how it talks to you: Warm & Supportive, Structured & Clear, or Warm + Practical.
